Too many management systems look great on paper and collect dust in practice. We wanted something different. Since June 2025, we've partnered with Veni to modernise and simplify our management system, strengthen risk management, and build a culture of continuous improvement that delivers real value — for us and our customers.
The results speak for themselves. We now have a more practical, actively used management system with clearer accountability and better decision-making data. In January 2026, we completed a very positive audit with strong feedback on maturity and execution. But the real shift is that risk, incidents, and improvements are now tracked continuously — not just when auditors come knocking.
