Option is entering its next phase of growth and is preparing for scale by strengthening its management team.
Leading this next chapter is Jørgen Nytrø, who serves as CEO of Option AS. He brings extensive experience from scaling software businesses and from several senior leadership roles within Asolvi, including Chief Business Development Officer, Chief Commercial Director, and Managing Director for the Nordics.
Joining the management team is also Bergljot Byre as Chief Sales Officer (CSO). Bergljot brings strong commercial and relationship-driven experience to the role, with previous experience from Telenor, Techstep and Atea. She has been described as a customer-first relationship builder with a strong engagement for people, technology, and value creation.
Also part of the leadership team is Daniel Jean Schmidt, who serves as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Daniel brings a strong technical background to Option, with previous experience from Veni and IT Løsninger, where he held roles including Head of IT Security and senior consultant. His background includes experience in security, monitoring, automation, networking, and the operation of Microsoft solutions.
Together, these appointments give Option complementary C-level leadership across executive management, commercial growth, and technology, positioning the company for its next phase of scale
